Ethan directs the strategic direction and Vision Bright Sky Development, new development opportunities, and oversight of planning, financing and construction. Prior to Bright Sky, Ethan founded and built Hare Construction Inc. in 2006 with diverse experience in high end residential, commerical, retail, medical, hospitality, public and private projects alike. Ethan also served on the Board of Casa of Monterey County supporting youth in foster care for 10 years and continues to serve as Board Member Emeritus.

William brings a wealth of experience in real estate development background having worked for several companies with $400m+ AUM both as outside and General Counsel. He is a strategic mind that binds the Corporate Culture of Bright Sky into our deals and parternships.

For nearly 25 years, William has directed over $1 Billion in projects for a veritable who’s-who of the nation’s best development firms including The Olson Company, Lennar Communities, D. R. Horton, and Clark Realty Capital. Prior to joining Bright Sky, William ran his own development company for four years where he used his commitment, expertise, and phenomenal passion for great, thriving communities to deliver to his partners and clients the clarity and confidence they need to execute financially successful projects that are true to their values and vision.

Jeff leads the sourcing of new investment and development opportunities. His responsibilities include the acquisition, planning, design and entitlements of mixed-use and commercial developments. Prior to Bright Sky, Jeff worked with Marcus & Millichap, Prometheus, The Addison Company, Sequoia Equities and Peterson Partners. Jeff also founded The Peterson Family Foundation in 2003 supporting Children and Youth through music therapy.
